A personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and to save unlimited images with it. Your licence key works on up to 3 of your own devices.
Your images
You keep all rights to photos you process. You may use the bordered images for any purpose, including commercial work.
What you may not do
Share or resell your licence key, or copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app or its border designs.
Refunds
Because the app is digital content you can use straight away, by unlocking it you agree it is supplied immediately and the 14-day cancellation period no longer applies. If it doesn't work as described, contact me within 30 days for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The app
The app is provided as it is, and updates may change or add features. It runs in your browser; very large files may be scaled down on some phones, and the app tells you when that happens.
Seller
Gumroad sells the app on my behalf and handles payment and VAT. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
