Your photos

Your photos are processed entirely on your own device. They are never uploaded, stored or seen by me or anyone else.

What is stored on your device

The app saves your chosen settings and, if you buy it, your licence key, in your browser's local storage so you don't have to enter them again. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Licence checks

When you enter a licence key, the key is sent to Gumroad to confirm it's valid. Nothing else is sent.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Gumroad, which processes your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. I receive your email address and purchase details from Gumroad so I can support your purchase.

No tracking

The app uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The website host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data held about you. Contact me through tomburman.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
